We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund will be provided.
- No-shows: Guests who do not show up on the scheduled date without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the original tour date. Please contact us directly to arrange changes.
- How to cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at admin@goingvacationtourbali.com or via WhatsApp with your booking reference number.
Going Vacation Tour Bali reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
